ADSE is involved with regional, state, and national conferences which support the need for special education programming in private and parochial schools. Whether we are presenting a session or attending as an exhibitor, we welcome the opportunity to meet. ADSE is currently providing virtual conferences through ACSI Nexis. Watch for future conference offerings.
During the summer months, ADSE takes an active stance in developing effective summer seminars to empower and educate private and parochial school educators in the development of special education programs & serving children with special needs. The effectiveness of our summer institute is assured through three months of virtual mentoring. ADSE will support, sustain and extend your professional development through the use of their Communication Chalkboard.

The federal special education law, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, provides guidelines for children placed in Christian schools by their parents. However, many Christian school administrators and educators do not know the rights of their families. This 90 minute workshop will empower you so that you can assist parents in having their child tested through the public schools and will assist you in developing a professional relationship with your public school administrators.
In addition to the face to face seminar, ADSE provides an optional 30 days of support following the seminar. Through our virtual communication chalkboard, we are able to answer your questions while supporting you in implementing the information you have learned. In addition, you will be able to communicate with colleagues who have attended our seminars and hear their stories. Our communication chalkboard is secure and password protected and is open to only those who have participated in our seminars. ADSE will provide you with guided insight as to how to access and master this virtual mode of communication, and we eager to continue dialoguing with us.
